Good, but not high enough
"I ordered the high arch, but it doesn't support as well as I'd hoped. The insoles are good however, I appreciate that they are thin so my feet still fit comfortably inside my shoe, especially at the heel. Texture is not slippery and that's also good."

"I have bought 3 pairs of these so far and they have made a great difference. In the short term and from the moment I switched, the nerves around my heel/Achilles area were no longer getting aggravated. In the long term these soles put my foot in a better position(strengthening exercises have helped too). They feel rigid enough for running or walking, no foamy squishy feel, yet very gentle on the heel. After a bit of trail running on them, the insoles seem to be made with good quality materials and are holding up very well. I ordered one of them in the wrong size and had a very easy time returning them."

- Should I be looking at Run or Cleat insoles for a distance runner in track spikes who also does cross country (in spikes)?

- What is the volume of these inserts? Is it similar to the liner or insole that comes in running shoes? When I have tried insoles previously they were thicker and altered the fit of my shoe.

- Very interested in trying before I spend the money on custom orthotics. I use running shoes for work, I walk an easy 13 miles a day or more on concrete. Would these be a good choice? I wear Brooks, HOKA, Altra and Saucony. Also will these help with pronation? I usually wear stable shoes like Adrenaline GTS.
