Order Accuracy & Finalization Policy

Before completing your purchase, it is your responsibility to ensure that:

Shipping Information Is Accurate

All address fields must be complete and correct. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delivery issues or delays. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry.

Items, Sizes, and Quantities Are Correct 

Please review your cart carefully to confirm the correct items, sizes, and quantities are selected before submitting your order. We do not allow order edits after an order has been placed.

Discount Codes Are Applied Before Checkout 

Discount codes must be entered and applied at the time of checkout. We are unable to apply discount codes retroactively once an order is submitted.

Order Changes & Cancellations 

Once your order is placed, it cannot be edited. This includes changes to:

If changes are needed, the original order must be canceled (if eligible) and a new order placed with the correct information. Please contact our support team immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Note that we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order begins processing or ships.

Mobile Terms of Service

The CURREX mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by CURREX (“CURREX”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to CURREX’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of CURREX through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with CURREX. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18664716189 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other CURREX mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

MAP Pricing Policy:

Currex LLC has determined that its interests are best served through the adoption of a minimum advertised price (“MAP”) policy. This MAP policy is designed to (1) protect reseller margins (2) support the Currex® brand as a premium offering; and (3) avoid destructive intra-brand channel conflict.

MAP Policy Coverage: 

Currex LLC actively supports the advertising and promotion of its products by its domestic retail dealers through materials and images provided by Currex LLC. In order to retain our brand, Currex LLC has determined that it shall not support advertising or promotional materials, through cooperative advertising or otherwise, that may affect its goodwill, or diminish, detract and/or damage the value of Currex products and standards. Currex LLC has established a minimum advertised price ("MAP") policy for all Currex products. The policy applies to U.S. distributors, dealers, and retailers only. The terms and conditions of this MAP policy do not apply to any resellers outside of the U.S.

The MAP Policy Shall Work Under The Following Guidelines: 

 

  1. The MAP for Currex products shall be no more than ten percent (10%) less than the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price ("MSRP") listed on the most recent price list.
  2. The MAP policy applies to all advertisements of Currex products in any and all media, including, without limitation, flyers, posters, coupons, direct mailers, brochures, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail-order catalogs, public signage, other print media, television, radio, e-mail, Internet websites, e-commerce, and other electronic media. The MAP policy is not applicable to any in-store advertising that is not distributed to any end customer. Free shipping and/or handling or free financing promotions do not violate the MAP policy.
  3. MAP applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the price at which the products are actually sold or offered for sale to an individual consumer within the dealer, distributor, or retailer's retail location or over the telephone. Currex LLC dealers, distributors, and retailers remain free to sell these products at any prices they elect.
  4. This MAP policy is not a contract or agreement, and Currex LLC does not seek nor will it solicit or accept any dealer, distributor, or retailer's agreement with our policy; nor will we discuss your pricing, the pricing of others. This MAP policy is unilateral policy upon which Currex LLC is willing to market its products and sales personnel have no authority to modify or grant exceptions. The terms of this MAP policy are confidential and may not be disclosed to other parties.

MAP Policy Violations:

Violations of MAP policy shall be determined by Currex LLC at its sole discretion. Currex LLC may unilaterally and without further warning, discontinue selling products to and terminate its business relationship with such dealer, distributor, or retailer. Currex LLC will not provide any promotional co-operative advertising support funds to dealers whom have violated this policy.

Amazon Satisfaction Guaranteed Policy:

For Sales on the Amazon platform, the Currex brand works hard to ensure that only authentic, high quality products reach consumers in the condition we intend. As such, for all sales on the Amazon platform, the Currex brand offers a 60 day Satisfaction Guarantee which will NOT be honored without provision of valid proof of purchase directly from the Currex, Pacers, Fit2Run, or Fleet Feet Amazon storefronts.

Returned Items Policy:

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, please click here. Your order number will be required to process your return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our websitehttps://currex.com/ that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent. 

1. Notification of Infringement 

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this website, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing: 

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;

2. Counter-Notification 

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include: 

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification. 

3. Repeat Infringers 

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
