CURREX® Team Partner Program – Terms & Conditions

Program Overview

The CURREX Team Partner Program is designed to support teams, clubs, and organizations by providing exclusive product discounts for members and a give-back opportunity to the organization. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

The program is available to verified teams, clubs, and organizations. CURREX reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion. Participating organizations may be required to provide additional information to verify eligibility.

Discount & Give-Back Structure

Approved partners will receive a unique code to share with their community. This code may provide:

  • A discount to eligible members on select CURREX products
  • A give-back percentage to the organization based on qualifying purchases

Discounts, give-back percentages, and eligible products are subject to change at any time and may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Code Usage & Restrictions

Partner codes are intended solely for use by verified members of the affiliated team, club, or organization.

  • Codes may not be shared publicly, including on coupon, deal, or affiliate sites
  • Codes may not be used for resale or unauthorized distribution
  • Codes may not be distributed outside of the organization’s verified member base
  • Organizations are responsible for ensuring their members use codes appropriately

CURREX reserves the right to disable codes, revoke access, and withhold give-back payments if misuse, abuse, or unauthorized sharing is detected.

Code Expiration & Renewal

Partner codes are valid for a single calendar year and will reset annually.

  • All codes expire on December 31, regardless of when the organization joined the program
  • New codes will be issued at the beginning of each calendar year (January)
  • It is the organization’s responsibility to ensure members are using the most current code

CURREX reserves the right to update or rotate codes at any time to maintain program integrity and prevent misuse.

Payout Terms

Give-back payments are issued on a quarterly basis (January, April, July, October) for qualifying purchases made during the prior period.

  • A minimum payout threshold may apply
  • Valid organization documentation (e.g., W-9) is required prior to payment
  • Payments will be issued via Paypal by the organization

Program Modifications

CURREX reserves the right to update, modify, or change any aspect of the Team Partner Program at any time, including discounts, give-back percentages, eligibility requirements, code structures, and overall program terms.

Termination

CURREX reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or fully discontinue the Team Partner Program, or any individual partner’s participation, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to misuse or abuse of the program.

Participating organizations may also choose to discontinue participation at any time.

Any eligible give-back amounts earned prior to termination will be paid according to the standard payout schedule, provided all program requirements have been met.

Program Activity

CURREX reserves the right to remove inactive partners from the program if there is no measurable activity over an extended period of time.

General Conditions

  • Discounts and give-back rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable
  • The program is subject to applicable laws and regulations
  • CURREX is not responsible for technical errors, delays, or issues related to program participation

Shipping & Returns

All purchases made in connection with the CURREX Team Partner Program are subject to CURREX’s standard Shipping & Returns Policy. By placing an order, participants agree to the terms outlined therein, including but not limited to shipping timelines, return eligibility, and refund conditions.
